We dont. Not in detail, in spirit yes.
Bryan says we must have two wheels on the road, this is not written in F1 regulations but it it a foolproof way to judge if a person is in or out of track.

But I really cannot understand what the fuss is about.
Nobody will say anything if you go out of track by accident, you know that, we were never so picky around here, but, deliberate and systematic usage of outside of track to gain advantage against the others should stop.

Dont you agree?
