Well I already knew that as I'm watching all F1 races... but didn't knew we applied FIA f1 rules and regulations here 
But damn those modern f1 rules and tracks.... :-\ why asphalt outside track limits? there should be at least 5-10m of gravel/grass before run off area. Then they wouldn't need that rule because drivers loose time when they go off track, but still safe.
