What is deemed cutting?

Fergy Wrote:While no anti cut system is in place at the moment all that can be done is random monitoring of laps. Qualifying is where drivers will be most vulnerable to a random check. We may have Marshall's in the future but until then it's up to driver discretion.

You know if you've cut or not, you know if your close. Check your own Qualifying laps and let admin know, you have 30 minutes session so plenty of time. If it's reported and found to be correct after the event than the driver in question is disqualified from that race.

Penalties as per cut severity, the bigger the cut the more places you'll drop if you notify admin before the race.

Can we assume we are talking about one's fastest qualifying lap? If we fall off the track and "gain no advantage" it is not reportable, correct?
