What is deemed cutting?

Oh crap... it's very hard to know if you've cutted or not before watching replay. It would be easier with "at least two wheels on the curb" because it's easier to tell where the curb is than the white damn line (because you can feel it in the wheel). Last season we said two wheels on the curb. Can't remember anything about those white lines.

Hmm ???, wasn't the rule: two tires should be on track always?
