hey chris..
I for one, understand completely.. for some of us finding the balance of real life and sim life presents challenge's. we all must find that balance for ourselves and do what is right for our lives. it sounds like you are doing that - I respect that and you - and thank you for all you have done (and will do as you chose in the future) for SR4L. been GREAT going wheel to wheel with you and looking forward to when we do that again........

You were and will be missed greatly from our races, be sure of that.
At the same time remember this is a past time for all of us, a hobby and we are doing it for fun.
If fun comes out of the equation there is no reason of doing it till you find again the urge to join.
I think we all go through this sometimes and when it happens its better to stop for a while and not force yourself into it.
Its only a game, have fun in whatever you do Christophe

c.pucher Wrote:Hey guys
As you will have noticed I missed a lot of races during the end of last season. Partly due to having no time but also because I didn't feel like it and preferred to do other things. Well, thats not how it should be and it feels a bit like I let you down and especially my teammate David. Now I know you will have understanding for this, because this is a place with awesome people, but still I don't like to let people down. There is just a bit of a change going on in my life and my priorities changed over the course of the last months. I haven't touched the wheel for quite some time now and even put it away for the first time in years as it was only gathering dust. I can't see this changing soon so I won't take part in the upcoming season, as I can't and don't want to commit myself to it cause I would eventually let you and myself down again. I may or may not jump in for a few races, I really can't tell but I know I will be welcome anytime, which is great
I also want to let you know that this has nothing to do with sr4l. If there was a community which could change my mind on this it would be this one. Its such a lovely, awesome place here with a great set of people! Thats why I will keep around anyway, finish the program and having a nice chat now and then And if I feel like racing again be assured this will be the first place I drop in
That being said I'm feeling good right now and am happy with the changes I made, so all fine
Wish you guys a great season but as I said, I will be here anyway and keep in touch, just won't race for the time being.
Chris you let no one down , its been a great pleasure to race with and team up with you , like the others say this is for fun , real life always comes first . Just drop in for a little fun as and when you can you know there is always a welcome for you .

Take all the time you need, by experience I know this can many times waste you.
Just come whenever you want to get back on track, we will be waiting you with our arms opened.

My vote goes for the Spark, at some tracks it will be difficult to chose between winged o not winged and that can bring great battles on track.

What's up Santiago? If you have any doubts and preffer to speak in spanish please PM me.
My wife is from Perú too, so we visit her family in Arequipa quite often (we live in Spain). We'll be flying there again this sunday. Time to enjoy outstanding peruvian food.

We always race on Sundays.
Practice starts at 18:00 London time and race (or races if we do two short ones) at 20:00 London time. Time and day is always the same.
We race every second Sunday.

I have been practicing on both Road America and Atlanta tracks , they both suit this car well and should provide fast close racing , Road America just flows nicely whereas Atlanta is more technical . I think you should try these out with a view to the next season .

I've modified your message to avoid spamming bots or whatever can harm you by having that information "choros y marcas".
Desgraciadamente en Lima solo estaré de transición en el aeropuerto, pero seguiremos hablando por aquí ;D
