Awesome Paul, thanks =)
They seem to be fine and complete for me! Paul Bayford was missing first and is there now, Jerry and Ed are there for the second race too ![]() Also the <gridpos></gridpos> and <position></position> tags show the right positions! Would it be possible to post the server result files after every race so Tim can use them?

I have setup up a dropbox folder on the server so I will add these after each race so everyone can download the XML or Replay if they wish.

that is great. thanks Paul. Chris I see one glitch it looks like for some reason Paul Bayford is getting the points for fast lap, he got two points in both races he should not have and Coyne and yourself did not get fast lap as I look again I see Pauls name in fast lap for some reason

Thanks Paul, that is a great idea!
Haha, thanks for pointing this out Tim ![]() Had a bug in the program where no laptime would be the fastest possible laptime ;D So because Paul didn't make a laptime he got "best" lap ![]() Didn't notice it until now because Paul and other drivers with no laptime weren't in the xml file. New attached version fixes this

Update attached to reflect the change in the point awarding system:
- Drivers who 'Finished Normally' will get points for their respective position and extra points if they fulfill the respective conditions - Drivers who 'DNF' won't get points for their respective position but will get extra points if they fulfill the respective conditions - Drivers who 'DQ' won't get points for their respective position and won't get extra points apart from extra points for pole position @Tim: You can use the existing season, so you don't have to set it up again. Just reimporting the result files should work.

Hm, ok thats strange o.O Did you make a clean install?
Anyway, two different names for one driver is a problem atm as there is now way for the program to conclude that "Tim McCoy" and "Tim McCoy[SR4L]" are the same driver, so from a programs point of view all worked as it should. Unfortunately there is no easy fix for this, but I have something in mind

Attached is a new version and the 'cleaned up' database ;D
new version: - bug fix: program wouldn't work correctly if driver was renamed What I did to the database (this is relevant for Tim): - Merged the points for Paul and you Tim. - I changed 'Paul Swire' to 'Paul Swire [SR4L]' as I assume that he will run under this name from now on - I didn't change your name though, so you are still 'Tim McCoy[SR4L]' in the database. You can change your name manually though (after you 'installed' the update). What I have in mind to avoid this in the future: Whats happening when you import a xml-result file into the program, the program will get the drivername from the xml-file and look for the exact same name in the database. If there is no driver going by the name in the database a new database entry will be made. This is what I want to change in a future update. So if a driver isn't in the database the program will ask you if this is a new driver or an already existing one just with a different name. Now if its an already existing one with a different name it will ask you which database entry represents this driver and if you want to rename the driver. Well, hope you get what I mean ;D

Going to work on this again, so have a question regarding strike-results:
Are this going to be the two races with worst position or the two races the driver scored the fewest points? (cause we are going to have a double-points race) @Tim: could you provide me with your current database, so I have a nice set of data to test this, thanks

You can download all the XML result files from here.

Yep, thats it, thanks Tim

Hi Chris can you tell me if this is a program issue or a xml issue. I never saw it before and race 2 works ok.

Hard to tell from this message. Could be a character in the xml file causing the problem. Could you please attach the xml file you are trying to load?
