First time I read "AutoLift" in a driver, what does it actually do?

Autolift for the throttle, so you don't have to lift when shifting up while using autoclutch : You can enable it in the plr file

I think, at this level of racing, things like autoblip and autolift should no be allowed (I agree auto-cluth can be used by people who can't/don't want to use/don't have manual gearings/clutch pedal, but I consider the others as an unneccesary aid)
