It's all about taking the chicane in higher speed than one can imagine is possible... At least for me. I had no advantage in the hairpins... ask Marcel 
He had so much more grip than me that I had to compensate through the chicane and Tabac corner. When doing my 1,22's I was going through chicane in 5th gear and 180-190 km/h with only centimeters to the walls (I swear it looked like I even touched them sometimes when watching the replay), and at Tabac I was extremely close to the inside armco.
Earlier this week I was using an old setup I made several months ago. It did not work the tires very well but I did 1,23's with it. Later, when I saw Marcel's speed, I began to change a few things... I experienced very different grip every day with same setup. Friday I had 6 different setups with same laptimes, but they all felt different each day. In the end, my setup was default except gears, low steering lock (as always), lowest tire pressure, front toe -40, caster 4,9, stiffer dampers (like 7 front and 5 rear) and brake bias to 59-41. It was really stable but lacked grip in hairpins.
