Whaa!! Can only play once in next 4 weeks. Dr appts then a week at the Grand Canyon. Hope to join in on the 15th.

Can't wait to see the canyon though! There will telescope "star parties" each night I'm there. Some of the darkest night skies in the country.

ive been to the canyon - take alot of pictures - they wont do it justice but still , i hiked down , i was young , cant do that now , the temp went to 120 degrees
hint : i have three pics to show the scale , a mountain with a tree on top ,. then zoomed out shows a cliff twice the size of the mountain with the tree on top of that- tree is now tiny , then a third zoomed right out showing that the mountain with the mountain on top has another 5x mountain under that- the tree is indistinguishable

i camped there and met two nice girls from england ..........they had no tent , we gathered pine cones and made a huge bonfire (no wood to burn, pine cones burn good) , invited everyone in the campsite , some guy named lucas from germany had no food so we gave him some and he played guitar

its a unique place - you can sit on the edge
