Hi DJ my son made the skin but he hasn't done it before and I wouldn't have a clue where to start is it something that can be adjusted or does he need to try again any help very much appreciated

Hi Dan, See my screen shot above. just move contents of the folder with your name on it to one of the folders above that corresponds to the car you are driving. Then delete the folder with your name and the .rcd file. Good luck.

I wonder if the RFM dictates whether car skins can be sent now, and DJC only has my skin from an earlier time or something (like when we had the "Skin Transfer" option in the old UI).

There is nothing like that in a RFM file.
Sunday race was the first time I was on the server with other people with this mod, so I have not had your skin from an earlier time.
You drive in many other leagues, have you had any issues with skin transfer in their servers recently?
