BT20 LEAGUE - ROUND 8 - NURBURGRING - REPORTS
#4
After a long time with no sim racing and no time to practice I was excited to go to the ring. Driving there is always enjoyable I just had to control the beast that is the BT20. I only could practice a couple hours the day before all while being very tired.

Qualy: I was late and could not attend.

Race 1: Starting 12th, I had a slow start, made 4 laps, no mistakes, ended 7th.

Race 2: Starting 3rth, loosing a place during the formation start due to confusion with the guy in front not taking off. I did not try to regain it to avoid more confusion. After the real start I quickly found myself behind Tim. He was all over the place using all the road and I was lacking talent and pace to make a clean pass. The more I tried, the more I tough I had to take risk to make it happen, and the more dangerous it got. After a full lap and 100 aborted attempts at passing I got surprised by how much he braked for flugplatz and could not stop, I put my car in the wall in a attempt not to run in the back of him. Race over.

Good fun, a bit difficult but all the more rewarding when getting to the end of a race. Thanks to all for the season.
