generally speaking
if you respect other drivers like your friends,in friendly league then you will realize that he/she have spend his free time to practice to have better experience,
but if you didnt have time for practice but you want to have fun a least accept game rules.
and respect rules your friends made for us to play this game to have fun.there will all ways be someone with little more and less free time.
there are guys racing together couple of seasons and everyone know there are no prizes but they want to win.why?
because they spend they free time to practice,and racing are made to compete others.
you want it or not,there is always someone who wants to win.is it fun or money or reputation or whatever reason
some guys here dont understand that following rules make you better and quicker driver and more aware of things around you.
and i was always(dont matter how fast/slow i was) trying to when practice drive behind slower drivers to see their reactions and
get familiar with driver.
so yes practice together fast & slower drivers is essential to have good races.thats the place and time when faster guys can help slower
to come quicker and more confident on public & friendly racing leagues
so i dont understand why are so many of you when time for practice and room for errors dont do that..fast guys dont bite
if they do,they are probably far away from you 
but if you didnt have time for practice,then in RACE DAY your MIRRORS and LOOKBEHIND button are your best friends
my finger is always on look behind button even when im in lead 5 sec or more i try to look behind as much as possible.
so some basic stuff when racing online is must to follow,to have more fun and awareness when racing.
racing is more about information you get to become better then speed you think you have
then there is virtual mirrors + real ones.virtual mirrors even show cars on side
then you have ingame radar.that line with position of cars like dots on the line(key number 4 or 6 i think)
less mistake you have better result will be..every one know that
