I suggest to skip the reverse grid and leave the rest as it is.
Despite the time commitment this is a mainly a fun thing to me and I prefer this and the friendly and welcoming athmosphere over agressive professionalism even if it sometimes hurt.
post race reviews or marshalling I consider a dangerous and troublesome thing after having witnessed how low it can go on F1SR with unmanageble flame wars and personal insults.
The danger of boring races: I roughly know where I belong in the grid. Making it there at the end of the race and sometimes a bit higher is exciting enough. I dont like battling the fast ones when it just feels liek holding them up and potentially ruining other peoples race.

Do you even lift?
