hold off on changing anything just yet..
as I stated yesterday - I tested the eve vrs. matra with an old eve setup that I had. today, I used the default setup with 2 expections. fuel and gearing, I use 7.9 gals so I could go 10 laps. the gearing wasn't tall enough for Monza. I used default setup with same changes for both tests..
todays test showed the matra quicker by .239 and it was easier to grip with that default setup. I still downshifted a couple of place that I would carry a higher gear with the eve. but the eve would start pushing out. again, different setups seem to have vice versa effects due to the needs of the car. I was again using both front and rear wings. eve top MPH was 189 - matra 192
I think you would have to put both cars on server with matched fixed setups and have everybody have a go at it - but for me, they are close wim - well done!
