want to take this time to say "THANK YOU" for everything you do/have done for SR4L. I know I am new here but you have been very helpful and respectful to me since my arrival. I respect your wish for privacy in this matter and hope others do as well, but felt a need to let you know that I / We appreciate what you have done for us

Yeah huge thanks to you Marcel, without you who knows where SR4L would be at right now, you put in a lot of work and kept things going brilliantly.
It's not a position i'd be willing(or even able) to take on all by myself. I wanted to step up and help out with the workload, many hands make light work. I'm not sure how I feel about it now that Marcel has stepped down, where do we go from here? We'd really need multiple people be able to take care of various things, it's too much to expect one to always be able to do the work week in, week out.

It's definitely a role that demands a lot of time and effort.
Marcel has done a proper job and it will be difficult to find someone with enough time to set up all that stuff.
Shame on the lack of free time I have as it's a role I'd like to take but I know I would be missing when I should be needed.
Not looking good at all for the future of our community. If we want it not to die we should be getting things in motion soon (maybe fun races that can be achieved without the particular need of a race director, just an admin to reset server).

Big thank you to Marcel, it's takes an enormous effort to run a league, the time and effort behind the scenes to keep the league in order and then your personal time to be competitive on track.
